Seth and Shem Foster have extensive construction background that began as young men. Both Foster boys quickly advanced from working with their father in the family wood chopping business, to working with several local contractors. As they grew older, they parted ways moving to different states where, both advanced up the construction “ladder”. In 2009, the unique opportunity came for the brothers to work together once again, this time as partners in their own company, American Heritage Homes.

Since opening their doors in 2009, American Heritage Homes has created a strong, committed team of professionals who are dedicated to listening to their clients and paying meticulous attention to every detail.
