Ence Brothers Jay and Quentin and cousin Paul founded Ence Brothers Co. in 1957, with the dream of building a successful family business in their hometown of St. George, Utah.
Throughout the next forty years, Jay, Quentin and Paul worked together to be an active part of the growing community. Their first home sold for $17,000 and their dream has grown to more than 10,000 homes throughout Southern Utah and Mesquite, Nevada.
In 1996 Quentin’s sons, Kim, Tracy, and Troy purchased the family business in hopes of continuing their Father’s dream. Together, over the next 23 years, these brothers helped Ence Homes become known for its excellent customer service and quality energy efficient homes.
Today, the legacy continues with brother’s Troy and Jon and nephew Kolby who are committed to being a family-oriented business founded on integrity and value, a neighbor dedicated to the well-being of the community, a company homebuyers can always trust, and a builder committed to being here for years to come.
