Utah Indoor Clean Air Act Luncheon

Effective January 1, 2007, Utah's 1995 Indoor Clean Air Act was expanded to ban smoking statewide in all enclosed workplaces in Utah, including bars and restaurants, exempting only designated hotel/motel smoking rooms, areas of owner-operated businesses with no employees besides the owner, and Native American religious and cultural ceremonies.  Utah is one of the few states with a statewide smoking ban that does not exempt tobacconists.  At today's luncheon, we'll learn what businesses and owners are responsible for to be in compliance with the law.
