“Sara-jeannine Robertson, J.D., SPHR, is the Firm Administrator for and an HR Consultant with the law firm of Barney McKenna & Olmstead, P.C. In 2003, she founded ComplianceAid, LLC, which publishes state and federal online Human Resources, Employee Benefits and Labor & Employment compliance tools, resources and training programs for employers and managers. Ms. Robertson has been involved in high-profile business transactions for Fortune 500 corporations and has worked as an employee benefits consultant in the insurance industry, a labor law analyst for a 100,000-employee health care corporation, a U.S. Congressional Field Representative, a U.S. Treasury Legal Intern, a U.S. Senate Intern, and as a Staff Assistant in the Executive Office of the President of the United States in Washington, D.C. Ms. Robertson is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management. She is also a member of the Descendants of the Signers of the Declaration of Independence as a direct descendant of Founding Father Benjamin Franklin.”
