Come enjoy a heartwarming evening of Christmas memories and stories with Master Storyteller, Nannette Watts. Energetic, high-strung, full of life, funny, graceful, animated, spunky, are words people are using to describe Nannette Watts’ storytelling.
Nannette masterfully blends movement and voice to create animated characters in her storytelling. You may have seen her as a featured teller at the Timpanogos Storytelling Festival, Weber State Festival, Blanding Winter, Vernal, Zion, and Snake River Storytelling Festivals, or in Libraries and schools. She has been billed as very energetic and fun to watch!
Nannette has been a professional storyteller for over a decade. Growing up, her family life was immersed in stories and storytelling. She holds a BFA in Music Dance Theatre. Nannette is a member of the Utah Storytelling Guild, Timp Tellers Chapter. She has presented workshops on storytelling from local to national venues. Nannette is a co-founder and the artistic director for Resonance Story Theatre. She is a Stories Unlimited instructor focused on teaching the art of storytelling to all ages.
Season of Stories 2013-14 is a series of presentations at the St. George Opera House. Presented in conjunction with the Dixie Tellers – a chapter of the Utah Storytelling Guild.
