Matthew James Jacobson Ever the black sheep, Matthew lives in a Southwestern world but focuses on pop-centric art. Despite being surrounded by desert and desert art, Matthew continues to paint oil and acrylic portraits with a pop flair. When he's not putting paint to canvas, you can find Matthew reading comic books, watching movies and running marathons ? in a full-length Batman cape. Matthew also writes two columns for The Spectrum. One, "Is My Geek Showing?," focuses on pop culture, while the other, "Couch Critic," is a review of new Blu-ray releases.
