"Choose Well" Corporate Wellness Walk
Join the St. George Chamber of Commerce and Dixie Regional Medical Center in our inaugural monthly wellness walk! The walks will take place every second Friday of the month beginning at Dixie Regional on Friday, August 14. Each walk will begin at 7am and last no longer than one hour.
Meet at the LiVe Well Center, then guided by the landscapers at Dixie Regional, the group will make their way to the main campus and the newly constructed labyrinth. Landscapers will share some aspirations, plants and techniques with those in attendance.
Others to follow: Downtown St. George on September 11 and Washington County Water Garden on October 9.
