Chamber Training Series "How to Eat an Elephant"
“How to Eat An Elephant” The art and science of achieving your biggest and most challenging goals in 2014
What better way to start the New Year than by finding out how you really can “eat an elephant” when it comes to achieving your business goals. This training will introduce you to the systems and processes that can launch you and your business to the next level of effectiveness.
The Three Key Training Skills You’ll Learn To Apply:
1. How to identify and clarify your one or two biggest business related goals (elephants).
2. How to organize and break your goals into manageable bite size pieces.
3. The tools you’ll need for consuming and accomplishing each piece of your elephant sized goals.
To make it all the more interesting we are literally bringing in a herd of elephants for each one of you to eat as practice for achieving your goals. It will prove to be a highly educational and entertaining experience as Kip teaches us how to sharpen our teeth and chomp away at the elephant(s) that keeps us awake at night as business owners and managers.
