Chamber Training Series featuring Kip Kint: "How to Succeed Through Commitment & Accountability"
"You Can If You Will: How to Succeed Through Commitment & Accountability"
If you believe your vision for success is realistic, but for whatever reason you still haven't quite achieved it, then we have the workshop for you. Kip Kint is a Success Coach, Trainer, Speaker, and Author of "You Can If You Will: How to Achieve Success Through Commitment & Accountability." If that title gets you excited, especially the part about Commitment & Accountability, then this workshop is for you. If that title makes you nervous, then this workshop is especially for you.
Kip is an expert on commitment and accountability, and how, when done correctly, they lead to the success you desire. 90% of the people who set a goal have every skill and ability they need to reach it. People are generally more realistic than we often give them credit for. So, why is it that these capable people, with reasonable goals, still fall short more than 80% of the time? The answer? Will... Commitment... Accountability... all missing (or in too short supply). Let Kip help you make the paradigm shift from dreading these words to embracing them, and all the success that comes with them.
About Kip
Kip Kint has more than 20 years of business, sales, and leadership experience, having worked in leadership positions for large, successful companies such as WordPerfect, Novell, FranklinCovey and BNI, as well as small companies like Mission Ignition and ContactPoint. He has been an Executive Trainer and Success Coach for over 18 years. Kip is a Certified FranklinCovey Coach, with extensive experience as a Business Coach, Sales Consultant, Trainer, Keynote Speaker, and Business Referral Networking Consultant. Clients of note have come from prominent organizations such as the United States Department of Justice, The United Nations, Allied Waste/Republic Services, The New York Stock Exchange, Disney, Microsoft, BNI and many others.
As a Success Coach, Kip coaches entrepreneurs, business owners, and executives on establishing goals and objectives for each area of life, including both business and personal goals, and then hold them accountable for achieving those goals. He coaches for professional success and personal excellence, and help his clients understand the importance of maintaining balance between them. Anyone can achieve a measure of success in the short term by simply sacrificing balance. But can success be maintained throughout life without appropriate balance? Based on his experience, it cannot.
Balance is the very key to lasting, sustainable success in all areas of life. Kip helps his clients achieve success WITH balance, not at the expense of it. That means being effective in every facet of life including:
Business/Career
Financial
Health
Friends & Family
Marriage
Personal Growth
Fun & Recreation
Organization
While most of his clients begin with an emphasis on business, they soon discover that improving in other areas where they are less effective leads to even greater success with their primary business and financial goals.
