The mission of the Washington County Sheriff's Office is to provide the highest quality law enforcement services to the citizens of Washington County. They respect the diversity of their citizens by serving all people fairly and equally. The Washington County Sheriff's Office is organized into four divisions: Administrative, Corrections, Emergency Services, and Patrol.
With over 25 years of experience in law enforcement, Sheriff Cory Pulsipher has been involved with Search & Rescue, SWAT and was instrumental in starting a bike patrol program. Sheriff Pulsipher moved up the ranks--making Corporal in 1997, Sergeant in 1999, and Lieutenant in 2003 before being elected Sheriff. His remarks today will be centered around the various Washington County Sheriff's Office divisions.
