Chamber Connect featuring Washington County Search and Rescue
Just five months into 2015, the Washington County Search and Rescue team has been called out nearly 50 times. This number surpasses last year's previous record of 44 overall calls. At this Wednesday' luncheon, we'll hear from members of the Washington County Search and Rescue team. They'll discuss calls and rescues they've made, what it takes to be a volunteer, training, and the benefit to the community.
The Washington County Search & Rescue was founded to: *serve the residents of Washington County, Utah
*provide the men and women constituting the membership with training in organized technical search and rescue techniques
*serve as a specialized resource for non-urban search and rescue missions
