Celebrity Concert Series presents Piano Battle

The brainchild of internationally accomplished pianists Andreas Kern and Paul Cibis, The PIANO BATTLE is a one-of-a-kind classical experience shouldn’t be missed. 
 
Kern & Cibis, each with his own distinct performance style, will try to out-perform the other with pieces by famous composers such as Chopin, Liszt and Debussy.  While they may be “battling” on stage, both pianists share a common goal to celebrate classical music.  The performance is serious classical music mixed with charm, wit and a creative twist – the audience chooses the winner! 
 
Andreas Kern is a pianist, artistic director, producer and composer who thrives on celebrating classical music in unconventional ways.  He is inspired by a collection of visionary ideas, innovative trends and everyday observations.
 
Paul Cibis was educated in Hanover, Berlin & London.  He has performed on five continents and has an established international presence.  Cibis performs in both solo and duo recitals and co-developed Piano Battle as a way to present classic music in unique ways.
