The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has chosen service as the heart of their America 250 celebration, commissioning dedicated trucks across Utah to feed families in need. We are deeply honored that Switchpoint has been selected as one of the first organizations in Utah to receive one of these trucks, and we will be making that announcement together at our pantry on March 5th at 9:30am. That truck will go straight to work, helping feed hundreds of local families right here in our community.
As community members and leaders, you have played a vital role in making Switchpoint's mission possible, and we would love for you to be standing with us for this moment.
Joining us will be St. George Mayor Jimmie Hughes, Commissioner Victor Iverson, leadership from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and Switchpoint Board Chair Dr. David Dangerfield.
