"Choose Well" Corporate Wellness Walk featuring Historic Downtown St. George

Join the St. George Chamber of Commerce and Dixie Regional Medical Center in our inaugural monthly wellness walk!  The walks will take place every second Friday of the month and will begin at 7am and last no longer than one hour.
Meet in the courtyard of Ancestor Square, then guided by Washington County Administrator Dean Cox, the group will make their way around the block, visiting and learning more about the history of St. George.
Others to follow:  Washington County Red Hills Garden on October 9 and Red Mountain Resort and Spa on November 13.
