First Choice Imaging is a locally owned and operated outpatient imaging center in St. George, Utah, specializing in advanced diagnostic imaging and MRI services. Our brand-new facility features Southern Utah’s only true Open MRI, offering a more comfortable imaging experience for patients who are claustrophobic, anxious, in pain, or unable to tolerate a traditional closed MRI system.

We provide high-quality outpatient imaging services for patients and providers throughout St. George and Southern Utah, including MRI exams for back pain, neck pain, joint pain, spine injuries, sports injuries, orthopedic conditions, neurological concerns, and personal injury or accident-related imaging. First Choice Imaging offers flexible scheduling, fast MRI appointments, self-pay MRI pricing starting at $299, and accepts most major insurance plans.
