I was born and raised in Chicago, spent seven years in Georgia, and eventually found my way to Southern Utah, where I’ve happily called home for the past six years. After years of traveling for work and fun, I’ve developed a serious appreciation for wide-open spaces—and less traffic.

With 24 years in construction, I’m now a licensed general contractor and owner of Next Level Construction. I understand homes from the inside out and know what to look for when it comes to condition, maintenance, and long-term value.

My wife grew up in Southern Utah, and we now live in Iron County with our daughter, dog, goats, sheep, and assorted outdoor critters. I’m a sports fan, music lover, animal guy, and carpenter. Having lived in both Washington and Iron counties, I bring hands-on experience and local knowledge to every client I help.

I’m a Southern Utah native with bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Public Administration from Southern Utah University—a school my great-grandfather helped build by hauling timber with horse teams and wagons. That legacy of hard work and service still matters to me.

In real estate, I focus on listening, educating, and helping clients make informed decisions that fit their lives. My goal is to make the process feel clearer, calmer, and more manageable.

Family is at the center of my life, and community is a close second. I’m involved with the Larkin Group Basket Brigade, Vision Iron County, and SMASH, and I host Wired Wednesday each week on KSUB 590 AM. Whether through real estate or community service, I love helping people protect what matters and prepare for what’s next.

My Utah roots run deep. I grew up in Davis County and spent countless weekends vacationing in St. George with my family. After nearly a decade in Reno and Lake Tahoe, I found my way back to Southern Utah—the place that has always felt like home.

Licensed in both Utah and Nevada, I love helping clients with relocations, upsizing, downsizing, and everything in between. My goal is to handle the details with care and precision so my clients can actually enjoy the process.

Outside of real estate, you’ll usually find me behind a camera, at the gym, or enjoying the outdoors. I’m passionate about health and fitness, and my three daughters are my greatest motivation. Whether you’re moving across town or across state lines, I’m here to help make the transition feel easier.

I’m a St. George native, Dixie High graduate, and BYU alum with a background that combines creativity, discipline, and a serious love of organization. While music and dance have always been part of my life, my professional sweet spot is systems, workflows, and behind-the-scenes operations.

I specialize in database management, process improvement, editing, and keeping complicated systems running smoothly. I’m usually the person who notices what’s missing, fixes what’s broken, and finds a better way to do it.

As CEO Jeremy Larkin’s sister, I also bring plenty of history and institutional knowledge to The Larkin Group. Outside of work, I’m a mom of two and wrangler of multiple cats—because apparently I enjoy managing chaos both professionally and personally.

I’m a true Washington County local, born and raised in St. George and a graduate of Dixie High, Dixie State University (now Utah Tech), and Southern Utah University. I still live in historic Downtown St. George, not far from the four homes I grew up in along a three-block stretch of 600 East.

My family has called this area home for generations, so I’ve had a front-row seat as St. George grew from a small desert town into the community it is today. That history gives me a perspective on Southern Utah that goes well beyond real estate.

As CEO of The Larkin Group, I’ve helped lead our team through multiple market shifts and more than 1,700 transactions. I’m also passionate about giving back, especially through the St. George Basket Brigade, our annual Thanksgiving tradition serving local families.

I’m a Salt Lake City native who moved to St. George in 2018. I still miss the snow, but Southern Utah sunshine has definitely grown on me.

As The Larkin Group’s Listing Coordinator, I work behind the scenes managing the many details that go into getting a home listed and sold. I keep timelines on track, details organized, and the process moving smoothly—without needing the spotlight.

Outside of work, I love reading, watching movies (the scarier, the better), and collecting an unreasonable amount of random knowledge. Stop by my office, and there’s a pretty good chance I’ll have snacks to share.

I was born and raised in Utah and am thrilled to be back in Southern Utah. I began my real estate career in 2016 and have helped clients in markets ranging from Gulf Shores, Alabama, to the fast-paced Dallas-Fort Worth area. I’ve also lived internationally in Singapore, which gave me a broader perspective and an appreciation for how different every client’s needs can be.

I bring attention to detail, clear communication, and a steady approach to residential and investment real estate, with the goal of making every transaction as smooth and informed as possible.

My husband, Scott, and I have two grown children, Preston and Jayden, plus our fur baby, Jesse. Outside of work, I love reading, scrapbooking, baking, canning, crocheting, hiking, and traveling. I’ll also happily join Scott for a round of golf—as long as I get to drive the cart.

I’m someone who believes in showing up for people. Whether it’s a client, teammate, friend, or someone who simply needs a hand, I’m always willing to do what I can to help.

Before real estate, I spent more than 20 years in the hospitality industry, working in nearly every role imaginable. That experience taught me that taking care of people comes first. In 2012, I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Business and eventually brought that same service-first approach into real estate.

I try to bring a calm, steady presence to every transaction and make sure my clients know I’m in their corner. I’m also a proud grandpa and a servant at heart. At the end of the day, I simply want to know I’ve done everything I can for the people who cross my path.

I’m originally from Park City, Utah, and spent years visiting family in St. George before eventually making Southern Utah home. After graduating from Desert Hills High School, I decided to stay and build my life and career here.

I’m a problem-solver by nature and bring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and dependability to real estate. I take pride in keeping the process organized and making the experience as smooth as possible for my clients.

Outside of work, I enjoy mountain biking, hiking, exploring Southern Utah, and spending time with my wife, Makenley.

I grew up in a small hill town outside San Francisco before moving to St. George in 2020—shortly before half of California apparently had the same idea.

I may be a transplant, but my Southern Utah roots go back generations to early St. George pioneers. Family lore says they were up before sunrise to claim the best plots in town, so apparently real estate runs deeper in the family than I realized.

I’m creative by nature and spent several years as a nail technician, where precision and attention to detail mattered. I also love traveling, discovering great local spots, learning obscure information, and spending time with my beloved cat, Boo. Having learned St. George by exploring it myself, I love sharing what I’ve discovered as I build my real estate career in the community I now call home.

I fell in love with Southern Utah the moment I discovered St. George, and it didn’t take long for it to feel like home. With 25 years of experience in hospitality and senior assisted living, caring for people has always been at the heart of what I do.

In real estate, I’m known for listening closely, paying attention to the details, and making sure my clients feel supported and understood from beginning to end.

I grew up in Southern Utah and have always loved the outdoor lifestyle that makes this area special. I’ve also lived in Massachusetts, Texas, California, and São Paulo, Brazil—experiences that gave me a broader perspective and an even greater appreciation for calling Southern Utah home.

For more than a decade, I’ve trained, competed, and coached CrossFit, and I've completed four marathons and multiple Spartan races. That experience taught me plenty about discipline, determination, and pushing through challenges.

I’m also a mom of four, a business owner, and an active member of my community. I bring that same drive, organization, and care to real estate, helping my clients navigate the process and find a home that truly fits their life.

I grew up in Cody, Wyoming, and am happy to now call Washington County home. I earned degrees in Spanish and English from BYU and a Master’s in Education from Montana State University–Billings before spending ten years as a teacher.

That background shaped the calm, compassionate, and often humorous way I approach real estate. I love connecting with people, explaining the complicated stuff clearly, and making the process feel a little less stressful (Spanglish available when needed).

I also have professional interior design experience and love creating a luxury-level experience at every price point. Outside of work, I’m an avid traveler, movie watcher, book reader, and proud mom to a wonderful daughter. I’m also married to a hilarious husband who keeps life entertaining.
