About Us

The SpringHill Suites by Marriott St. George/Washington, located on Green Spring Golf Course, is owned and operated by Pennbridge Lodging. Pennbridge Lodging was started in 2012 by Jared Smith and Thomas Lewis. Jared and Thomas became acquainted while attending the Wharton School, at the University of Pennsylvania. After working for separate large real estate investment firms, they formed Pennbridge Capital in the fall of 2005. Pennbridge currently owns and operates eight hotels in Northern Utah and Southern Idaho and has franchise relationships with Marriott and InterContinental Hotels Group. The SpringHill Suites St. George/Washington will be the ninth hotel for Pennbridge Lodging. The hotel’s management team will be; Matthew Harvey as the General Manager, Jill Tylor as the Operations Manager, and Pattrik Wyatt as the Director of Sales.
