Keystone Public Adjusting represents homeowners and business owners throughout Southern Utah in the property insurance claim process. Unlike the adjuster assigned by an insurance company, a public adjuster works for the policyholder. We help our clients understand their coverage, document the full extent of their property damage, prepare detailed repair estimates, communicate with the insurance company, and advocate for a fair and accurate resolution of their claim.

Founded by experienced insurance adjuster Dee Holt, Keystone brings years of hands-on claims experience to the policyholder’s side. Dee has inspected and handled property losses across the country involving hurricanes, wildfires, floods, hail, wind, water damage, and other major events. That experience provides a practical understanding of both property damage and how insurance claims are evaluated and adjusted.
