Our office is technically open 8:00 AM-5:00 PM but we work all hours of the day if needed.

We are located on St. George Blvd right across the street from Iceberg and kiddy corner from the County offices. We share the same parking lot as ERA, First Colony, and NAI.
About Us
Our team has been on St. George Blvd. in the same office for the past 20 years but recently adopted the Eagle Gate Title name and are the proud owners of our family run branch here in Southern Utah. Our escrow team has over 35 years experience and our efficiency, speed, and prompt communication are what keep our clients coming back to us over and over. Eagle Gate Title also has 3 offices in Northern Utah so we can cater to any of your title and escrow needs all over the state. We are the third party in real estate transactions that provides title insurance on properties being purchased that ensure they are free and clear of any encumbrances.
