KNOW THE RULES
Don’t know what to expect? Review the rules for participation and what you need to know about hosting a booth at Trailblazer Village.
General Rules:
- Participating in Trailblazer Village activities is voluntary
- You will be placed at the end of the line for registration if you do not sign up by Wednesday, November 4th, 2026.
- Every group must individually register. For example, if you are a department in the College of The Arts you still must register to reserve your tent.
- Trailblazer Village committee will provide 1 tent and 1 table per university group registration. Additional table and chair requests are not guaranteed. Groups may bring their own tent but it may not exceed 10×10 in size and must be secured using water barrels.
- Creativity, great SWAG, good food, and demonstrating university spirit are highly recommended.
2025 BOOTH MAP (MAP SUBJECT TO CHANGE FOR 2026 EVENT)
On November 14th 2026, booth sponsors will enter at the 600 East parking entrance where booth signage will be available for pick-up. Load in opens at 6:30 a.m. and everyone must be in place by 10:00 a.m. before the parade begins.
