’This is Halloween’ - Operatic Scenes and Ghost stories, Performed by the St. George Opera.
The St. George Opera is setting the mood for the season with “This is Halloween” - an eerie evening of ghost story vignettes and opera song scenes from Nightmare before Christmas, Harry Potter, Carmen, and the Magic Flute. Both local residents and travelers from out-of-state will be coming to make this an experience to take part in the community and make All Hallows Eve an unforgettable experience. They will come in costume, and so should you, of course. Whether you want to have your fortune told, win prizes during intermission, or bid during silent auction for assorted sweets - we’ll have it all. The sunset above the rust-red rocks, bring darkness lit only by distant city lights - what could be a better mood for the festival of fear and fun? Bring your children, or just come to recapture the spirit of your own childhood Halloween experiences. Either way, this is a night no one will want to miss.
