The Learning Center for Families Ribbon Cutting

The Learning Center for Families is a free program that provides home-based training from special educators and therapists, working with children with disorders such as autism, Down syndrome, and cerebral palsy.  Since 1993, TLC has worked with over 5,000 Washington County children to help them reach their optimum potential.
