Rockets Over the Red Mesa

For the second year, the Eureka Casino Resort is proud to host "Rockets over the Red Mesa" on July Fourth.
This year Eureka has added to the celebration with a very special performance by the Nevada POPS Orchestra. The live performance will begin at 8 p.m. followed by fireworks at 9 p.m. The orchestra will accompany the fireworks show.
The Nevada Pops seeks to bring affordable, family friendly symphonic concerts to the communities of Southern Nevada.  Eureka's co-founder, Doris Lee, has been involved with the symphony in Las Vegas for many years, and wanted to bring this form of entertainment to Mesquite. For this very special Fourth of July performance a 31 piece orchestra will perform a 75 minute program, including American Standards and favorites from the Big Band Era.  "Rockets over the Red Mesa," produced by Las Vegas Display Firework Inc., is a great tradition and adding the POPS to the show will undoubtedly make it a night to remember.
Arrive early and enjoy the Jack Daniels Backyard Barbeque and Budweiser Beer Garden in The Experience Buffet. The Barbeque buffet will run from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and will feature a build your own burger station, hot dogs, potato salad and much more. The price is $9.99 with a Gold Club Card ($11.99 without).
The fireworks show and POPS performance is free to attend.  The viewing area will be set up behind Eureka Casino. Bring your own chairs. Everyone is invited to attend. Weather permitting.
