Real Estate Investing Course
REIA 101: Residential Real Estate Investing is a course designed to help real estate professionals become experts in investing in the real estate industry. REIA 101 is one of three courses required to earn the Real Estate Investment Advisor Designation through the National Association of Real Estate Investment Advisors (NAREIA). Sign up today at www.NAREIAGroup.org and receive a one year FREE membership to NAREIA.
Professionals who take REIA 101 will learn how to help clients find, analyze, negotiate, and purchase income-producing properties. Students can use these tools to build their own portfolios and personal wealth. In addition, students will complete 8 hours of elective CE credits.
