Meet the Candidates
Red Rock Center for Independence (RRCI) along with the Utah Grassroots Advocacy Program (GAP) extends an invitation to the community to attend a “Meet the Candidates” day on Thursday, October 25, 2012 from 2:00-4:00 PM at the St. George Library Room A at 88 W. 100 S. St. George, UT 84770. We have received attendance confirmations from several local 2012 electoral candidates with more coming in daily. Red Rock Center for Independence encourages people with disabilities to become registered voters and learn all they can about the candidates and how their policies relate to the disability community. Candidates have been provided this opportunity to get to know some of their constituents, including those with disabilities. This event is nonpartisan.
