"To learn more about Climate Change in Kanab, Utah, the nonprofit Amazing Earthfest www.AmazingEarthfest.org, invites area residents to join with neighbors in community discussion following each of two free documentary film screenings on Saturday, October 6, at Kanab City Library, 374 North Main Street, Kanab, Utah. People holding all points of view are encouraged to participate.
At 1:00 pm the PBS Nova documentary titled, Decoding the Weather Machine, will kick off the afternoon activities, followed by conversation about the science of climate change. At 4:00 pm a screening of the Climate Reality Project's new documentary, An Inconvenient Sequel, will follow with discussion focused on the socio-economic impacts of climate disruption and how individuals can be empowered to make a difference in their own lives, for their family and community."
