EMPLOYER REGISTRATION & PARTICIPATION POLICIES

To ensure a positive experience for both employers and students, we ask all participating organizations to review the following expectations.

Registration Approval

All employer registrations are reviewed by Career Services before being approved. Organizations with outstanding balances from previous Career Services events must resolve those balances before new registrations can be confirmed.

Payment

Payment is required prior to the event to confirm your participation and booth assignment.

• Booth assignments are not guaranteed until payment has been received.
• Payment must be received before the event.
• Employers with unpaid registrations may not participate on the day of the event.

Cancellations & Attendance

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If your plans change, please notify Career Services as soon as possible so we can adjust event logistics.

Repeated no-shows or cancellations without advance notice may affect an organization’s eligibility to participate in future Career Services recruiting events.

Event Information

Final event details, parking information, booth assignments, and day-of logistics will be distributed after payment has been received.
