Chamber Breakfast Forum Features St. George City Council Candidates
The St. George Area Chamber of Commerce’s Public Policy Group will host an “Eggs and Issues” Breakfast featuring the six candidates who made it through the City of St. George City Council Primary Election on September 5. They are Dannielle Larkin, Jimmie Hughes, Paula Smith, Brad Bennett, Steve Kemp and Gregg McArthur.
The breakfast will be held Wednesday, September 13 at 7:30 a.m. in the Select Health Auditorium at 1424 E. Foremaster Drive. There is no charge as the breakfast is sponsored by Intermountain Health, but please register so food quantity may be planned well.
“We want to provide an opportunity for our members and the community to get to know the candidates and hear their views on topics related to business,” said Nate Martinez, who directs operations and policy engagement for the chamber. “We support candidates who will continue to maintain and develop our business-friendly economy. This is foundational to maintaining and developing a community where families can thrive and enjoy a high quality of life.”
The St. George Area Chamber Public Policy Group hosts monthly presentations on important
local, state and federal topics that affect business.
