Colette Cox serves as the Utah Governors Office of Economic Opportunity Outreach Manager for Washington, Garfield, Grand, Iron, Kane, San Juan, and Beaver Counties. She has served Southern Utah communities for the past 20 years in the areas of economic strategy, innovative startup development, small business development, small business advising and workforce expansion. At the Eggs and Issues Breakfast, Cox will provide an economic update as well as sharing information about the Governors's Office of Economic Development programs and resources for St. George Chamber members.
