Downtown Farmers Market
The first Farmers Market for 2015 will be held on Mother’s Day weekend, Saturday, May 9th in the center Courtyard at Ancestor Square, located at St. George Blvd. and Main Street in downtown St. George. The Farmers Market features vendors from all over Washington and Iron County, selling goods such as organic fruits and vegetables, free range organic eggs, grass fed beef, lamb, pork, live plants, herbs, baked goods, jams & preserves, soaps & lotions, jewelry, photography, pottery, sculpture, oil paintings, woodwork and more; anything and everything homegrown, homemade and/or locally produced. EBT Horizon card accepted this season! Music Saturday is Stillhouse Road playing original music and traditional bluegrass. Stillhouse Road features the talents of Joe and Paula Ferrario, and offers a special blend of original songs, bluegrass, mountain music, and gospel favorites. The music comes alive with vibrant vocals and the acoustic rhythms of guitar, mandolin, fiddle, and bass. New this season, Perks!
