Dixie Regional Hosts Marathon Runner Lecture
Dixie Regional Medical Center’s Sports Performance Training is partnering with the St. George Running Center and the City of St. George to offer ideas, training and expertise to help runners prepare for the St. George Marathon at a free presentation.
The lecture will be led by Kami Ellsworth, St. George Marathon Race Operations Manager, who will discuss what to expect on race day for the 2013 St. George Marathon from the start to the finish line. Participants are invited to bring any questions they may have about anything related to the marathon and the marathon expo.
