Equality Utah is the state's premier LGBTQ advocacy organization. Equality Utah Foundation (501c3) specializes in education that creates belonging in the workplace. We meet people where they are, build on shared values, and provide tangible action items and behaviors to improve workplace culture. Bottom line; we connect people to their company’s core values and show them that they are not the problem, they are the solution!

Equality Utah’s LGBTQ Presentation: LGBTQ in the Workplace

• To provide education and create an understanding of LGBTQ terms and concepts as defined by the American Psychiatric Association, American Endocrinology Association, and American Psychological Association. 
• Inform and bring awareness to legal protections obtained for the LGBTQ community in the state of Utah and at the Federal level. 
• Create an understanding of the LGBTQ community in the workplace. 
• Instruct attendees on how to become an ally and build understanding in the workplace.

This training applies to all employees in your business – from hourly employees to management and we hope that you will join us to learn about how to actively create belonging in the workplace.
