Biography
Since 2009, Brad J. Anderson and the team at Blueprint Creation have built a worldwide fan club, using a distinctive high-energy and fun teaching style, to show tens of thousands of sales veterans how to increase revenue and improve their customer service.
Brad's ability to comfortably connect with individuals works to create an amazing training style. His ability to adapt to a variety of industries has made him a frequent speaker on sales and service for numerous retail, medical, multi-family, call center, insurance, heavy equipment rental, hospitality and manufacturing industries. His programs have been so popular, they are frequently played to the applause of audiences throughout The Americas, Europe, Asia and Australia.
In additional to Brad's sales and service training experience, he holds advanced degrees in management from Fox Valley College and from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
