Chamber Inspiration Luncheon Featuring Jonathan Johnson, overstock.com

Mr. Jonathan E. Johnson III joined Overstock.com in September 2002 and has served as their President and Corporate Secretary since July 2008. He has served as their General Counsel and as their Vice President, Strategic Projects and Legal, and Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs and Legal. From May 1999 to September 2002, Mr. Johnson held various positions with TenFold Corporation, a software company, including positions as General Counsel, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. From October 1997 to April 1999, Mr. Johnson practiced law with Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy and from September 1994 to September 1997, he practiced law with Graham & James. From February 1994 to August 1994, Mr. Johnson served as a judicial clerk at the Utah Supreme Court for Justice Leonard H. Russon, and prior to that, from August 1993 to January 1994, Mr. Johnson served as a judicial clerk at the Utah Court of Appeals for Judge Leonard H. Russon. Mr. Johnson holds a Bachelor's Degree in Japanese from Brigham Young University, studied for a year at Osaka University of Foreign Studies in Japan, and received his law degree from the J. Reuben Clark, Jr. Law School at Brigham Young University. On February 12, 2013, the President of the Company, Jonathan E. Johnson, was named Acting Chief Executive Officer. On February 21, 2013 President Jonathan E. Johnsons duties as President were assumed by Ms. Simon and Mr. Nielson and Mr. Johnson, who remains Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Jonathan E. Johnson III, who served as Acting Chief Executive Officer (principal executive officer) during Dr. Byrnes absence, will retain executive responsibilities for a large section of the Company. On April 10, 2014, Executive Vice Chairman of the Board and Corporate Secretary, Jonathan E. Johnson III, was appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Overstock.com, Inc.
