Each month a different city will host a beautiful walk that explores the history of the city (walks vary in length and are easy to moderate in difficulty).\n\n \n\n The Walk Washington County event series is coming to a close with 10 completed walks\, and hundreds in attendance at each event. The November Toquerville walk was canceled because of inclement weather\; that city's history and medallions will be available at the final walk. The concluding walk will take place in LaVerkin with Mayor Karl Wilson.\n\n \n\n Participants receive a free\, wooden walking stick at their first walk and a medallion representing each city walk in which they participate. Those who have completed all of the 2013 walks will be eligible for a prize drawing to win a LiVe Well Assessment and a personal health coach for one month through the Intermountain LiVe Well Center. The drawing will take place after the LaVerkin walk ends on Dec. 7.
