DESCRIPTION:Grace Episcopal Church located at 1072 East 900 South in St George is hosting a Pancake Supper on Shrove Tuesday (February 28) starting at 5:30 p.m. and running until 7 p.m. The menu includes baked ham\, pancakes with real maple syrup and butter\, fruit cups and beverages. Legend has it that many people would give up eggs\, milk and oil for Lent so pancakes made from these ingredients would be prepared and consumed to use up those food items before Ash Wednesday\, the day after Shrove Tuesday and the first day of the Lenten season. The cost is $5 for those over 17\, $3 for those 13   17 and FREE for those 12 and under. Tickets can be purchased at the church on Saturday February 25 at 6:30 p.m. or Sunday February 26 at 11:30 a.m. Tickets will also be available at the door that evening.
