DESCRIPTION:For the seventh year since its beginning\, Kayenta Arts Foundation's Poetry Under the Stars event will delight and inspire audiences with an evening of beautifully crafted poetry\, powerful performances\, and intense emotions. While the evening will move into the new Kayenta Center for the Arts for the first time\, it will feature some familiar poets. Joining event director Darren M. Edwards will be Janae Godfrey\, Ron Coulson\, and Whitney Shurtleff. For the first time ever\, this year's performance will feature original musical compositions by Sydney Robb. ?While all ages are welcome\, this is an uncensored event that will contain some adult language and themes. Tickets are $25 and can be purchased online at kayentaartsfoundation.org/events.
