DESCRIPTION:Dixie State University's Health & Wellness Center will host its annual Health Fair on Wednesday\, September 10\, from 9 a.m.-to-1 p.m.\, along the Diagonal near the Encampment Mall. "Healthy Body\, Healthy Mind\, Healthy You" serves as the theme of this year's fair\, which will feature over 25 health information booths from various campus departments and area businesses\, along with a rock wall for students to climb\, and haircuts provided by students of the Paul Mitchell Cosmetology School. \n\n\n\nIn addition\, Dixie State will welcome a pair of special guests to the fair\, including Tina Hender\, who serves on the board of the American Foundation of Suicide Prevention\, and Jon Stewart\, a Washington City resident who was recently featured as a finalist on the NBC hit reality television show American Ninja Warrior. \n\n\n\nAs part of the fair\, Ms. Hender will present "Hope and Healing\," in conjunction with National Suicide Prevention Week (Sept. 8-12)\, in Conference Room B of the Gardner Center at 12 noon. Attendees will also hear from Eva Beatty from the DSU Health & Wellness Center. The presentation is free to attend and light refreshments will be served.
