DESCRIPTION:Every 38 minutes\, Make-A-Wish  grants the wish of a child diagnosed with a life-threatening medical condition in the United States and its territories. They believe that a wish experience can be a game-changer. This one belief guides them in everything they do. It inspires them to grant wishes that change the lives of the kids they serve.\n\n \n\nMake-A-Wish  Utah granted 171 wishes last year   each one a life-affirming testament to hope\, inspiration and resilience. Wishes strengthen wish kids and their families\, rally communities together\, and change the lives of everyone involved. Experience the stories of those who know firsthand the power of a wish-come-true.\n\n\n\nAs President and CEO of Make-A-Wish Utah\, Jared leads the strategic vision and mission of the statewide wish granting organization. He has extensive experience in fundraising and non-profit administration. Previous to Make-A-Wish\, he served as the Executive Director of the University of Utah Hospital Foundation where he directed funding initiatives and programs that benefited the clinical mission of the hospital.  Jared attended the University of Utah earning degrees in Business Administration and a Masters of Public Administration. He enjoys the outdoors and coaching his sons little league baseball teams.
