Jeff served as the Chief of Natural and Cultural resources management at Zion between 1997 and 2006. From there\, he was able to continue to reside in his Hurricane home while serving as Superintendent at Grand Canyon-Parashant NAtional Monument out on the Arizona Strip\, an area of more than 1million acres jointly managed by the Bureau of Land Management and the National Park Service.
