DESCRIPTION:Dale Ipson is Vice President of Safety and Compliance with the DATS Trucking Group of Companies and President of the Utah Trucking Association.  A graduate of Panguitch High School and Dixie College\, Ipson received his Certified Director of Safety from the University of Central Florida.  He currently serves on various boards throughout the state of Utah including:\n\no   Utah Air Quality Board\n\no   Utah State Emergency Response Commission Advisory Board\n\no   Workers Compensation Fund Customer Advisory Board\n\nAnd has served on advisory boards for International Trucks and Kenworth Truck Company.  Ipson enjoys distance sports\, is a 10 time finisher of the St. George Marathon\, qualified and competed in the 2004 Boston Marathon\, a finisher of the 2011 St. George Ironman\, and is a six time LOTOJA finisher.  He and his wife Jolene have three children.\n\nIpson's remarks at this Chamber luncheon are centered around attracting good\, quality individuals to your specific organization with an attitude of confidence.
