The lectures bring the resources and public lands issues to the community's doorstep\, benefiting those who want to learn more before venturing out or wish to enjoy an armchair tour of some of the region's remote and rugged landscapes.  The lecture series is sponsored by the Dixie/Arizona Strip Interpretive Association\, Bureau of Land Management\, National Park Service and U.S. Forest Service.
