In this role\, he manages over $4 million in federal and state funds being leveraged on behalf of communities and individuals across the state. Jacob completed a Bachelors in English at BYU and a Masters in Public Administration at the U. He is passionate about supporting active transportation and civic engagement in local communities. In his free time\, Jacob enjoys spending time with his wife\, hiking throughout the state\, and cooking. \n\n \n\nJennifer Manhoff\, AmeriCorps Mountain Region\n\nJennifer is the Senior Portfolio Manager for Utah and Arizona in the AmeriCorps Mountain Regional Office. She manages the funding and AmeriCorps resources for the states and a team of Portfolio Managers. Jennifer began her National Service journey as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Paraguay and wrote her graduate thesis on the value of civic engagement through service. She lives in Denver\, Colorado and loves the outdoors. Jennifer has an appreciation for the natural beauty all across Utah and the friendly Utahans she's had the pleasure of working with.\n\n \n\nAmanda Cochran\, AmeriCorps NCCC Pacific Region\n\nAmanda is an Assistant Program Director for AmeriCorps NCCC Pacific Region. She supports programming and partnership development for Alaska\, Hawaii\, Nevada\, and Utah. Amanda has worked at AmeriCorps NCCC for eight years in various capacities. Prior to her work with AmeriCorps NCCC\, Amanda served as an AmeriCorps VISTA with ServeWyoming in Laramie\, Wyoming and an AmeriCorps VISTA Leader in San Diego\, California with the International Rescue Committee. Utah is one of Amanda's favorite places to explore and looks forward to continuing to make connections with the incredible people of Utah.
