Muzicka from Prague September 21, 2017: Dinner 6:00 p.m. - Performance 7:30 p.m. Come Light up the Theatre by way of Prague with Internationally acclaimed "Muzicka" and a themed dinner of Bohemian Tapas! Proceeds benefit the outfitting of the Theatre. Make an evening of it with options - you choose! Performance Only: $20 Dinner Only: $40 Dinner & Performance: $55 (if you have already purchased your performance ticket and would like to add dinner, purchase your ticket for $35) Limited Seating. Dinner tickets must be purchased by September 16th. Advanced ticket purchase highly suggested for performance. 6:00 p.m. begins with a casual “Meet the Performers” and dinner, followed by the musical performance at 7:30 p.m. in the Theatre. Performance: Muzicka: Ten Prague-based young musicians deliver an incredible classic folk concert. Internationally Acclaimed Czech cimbálovka ensemble, bring a wide variety of instrumental and vocal repertoire – from the polka to farm and pub songs depicting every aspect of Czech peasant life – Muzicka is a colorful cast of characters, most of whom have been singing, dancing, and playing folk music together since they were six years old. These ten performers are funny and full of mischief (and yes, world class folk Musician's!). They have performed in a variety of venues from award-winning appearances in folk festivals around the world to playing for tourists under Prague’s famous Charles Bridge! Their performances reflect their core belief in the power of music to bridge boundaries and bring a room of strangers together with Czech culture in the spotlight. Appropriate for all ages! Dinner: Bohemian Tapas! The themed dinner plus complimentary beer and wine tasting will carry us to Prague with Master Chef Jackie, provided by Harmon's Grocery, and her cast of delicious characters. Harmon's Grocery has been a generous partner with KAF to raise the remaining funds needed for lighting up the Lorraine Boccardo Theatre! Come for the food the fun, the World class folk musicians and help us bring up the lights for this and other spectacular upcoming shows! Proceeds benefit the outfitting of the Lorraine Boccardo Theatre! Please come and give a big Southern Utah welcome to our new friends from the Czech Republic!
