His management experience includes serving as CEO of a publicly traded medical device manufacturer as well as working for 3 Fortune 500 companies. He eventually founded Jadestone Consulting where he worked with client companies throughout the U.S. and abroad. He has a proven track record as CFO, International Business Manager, Director of Sales & Market Development, and Director of Operations with experience in Quality Control, Process Engineering, Project Management, ISO Regulatory Compliance, OSHA & FDA Compliance, Domestic and International Sales, Organizational Development, Technical Manufacturing and Lean Six Sigma Implementation.  He teaches Operations Management and other business topics at Dixie Applied Technology College.
